Really convenient hotel for an airport overnight - excellent breakfast and easy reach of the airport, although locating the stop for the shuttle bus transfer from the airport is not easy! NB the shuttle bus only serves terminal 2 (domestic) so I found it easier to take an Uber to terminal 3 on departure, rather than have to negotiate my luggage from one terminal to another.

O hotel é otimo, nem da pra imaginar uma área como aquela ali naquele local!
So foi meio desconfortável pq queríamos dormir e como não tinha placa de não incomode… umas 3 vezes bateram na nossa porta! Ahhh o restaurante muito bom, seu Marcondes muito solícito!

Gostei do hotel, porém, o traslado tem intervalo de 2horas entre 17:30 e 19:30. Chegamos às 17:28 e o transfer já havia saído do local. Acabamos tendo que aguardar muito.

I liked the overall services. I did not like the mattress and the bed (too hard). I did not like how clean was the room (lots of aunts). I did not like the noise in the middle of the night.

Good place to overnight near GRU. Great breakfast beginning at 5AM. We did not use the shuttle because our airline cancelled a flight and gave us taxi vouchers.

Overall a good stay. We were place on the newer renovated side of the hotel which left a little unfinished. Washroom was not clean, shower knob was falling off, since we were just staying the night and out all day, it didn’t bother us much.

It was an awesome and amazing experience. Their breakfast is fresh and taste delicious. The room is clean, the environment is well kept. There is a taxi that works closely with the hotel, this made it safe and easy to get around considering the fact that I traveled with my children. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Atendentes de muita gentileza, uma modesta academia e piscina que acabei não conseguindo utilizar. O quarto é amplo, a cama é muito boa, o chuveiro é bom e o pacote de canais de TV possui opções. O que deixa a desejar é o sinal de internet, que é bem ruim (acabei usando meu 5G), e o café da manhã que, pelo valor da estadia, é básico. O estacionamento é terceirizado e cobrado a parte. Os valets são rápidos, mas durante a noite sumiu um pacote de Trident que eu tinha no carro.

This property should be listing in Expedia and online that it is under construction. We were woken up at 7:55 in the morning with jackhammering blasting. The walls were shaking. The floor was vibrating. It was so loud. They should absolutely not be charging any money for people to stay on the third floor of this building.
