Staff very friendly and efficient. They explained charges thoroughly. My room is spotless. Easy to adjust the room temperature to my liking. Comfortable bed. I stay here to take advantage of the airport shuttle which is also well run.

This was our second time staying here and again the staff and amenities were excellent. We left our vehicle there for the week for a fee. They provided transportation to and from the airport. Only suggestion I would have to hotel is in regards to park n fly transportation from the airport. There was not enough communication/organization as in who would bring picked up. Need a better system in whoever calls is provided a number or something and that is the group that is picked up first and so on. Also should be asked how many are in the party. There was no order of who was being picked up at the airport and started to become a little ugly towards the driver when it was out of her control. That would be my only complaint/recommendation.

Dirty bathroom, needs a good cleaning. Toilet seat is dirty and stained. The pillows smell bad, and the carpet in the room looks dirty.
