It was a comfortable stay, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was really good and good options. The pool was nice, and the hot tub but I found the hot tub water a little too hot!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The down fall were the pillows are way to soft at nit enough on a king bed

We had an amazing stay. The only issue is the lady the first evening, during our first night stay that was not able to help. For some reason my room was booked three times by me. It was prepaid and she wasn’t able to find it and didn’t want to give us our room.
My spouse re-reserved the room and we fixed the other two night’s stay with the lady the next morning who was able to retrieve my prepaid booking and we kept the same room :)
I have been booking with Best Western for about 10 years now… I will be back in May and am hoping for a better welcome.

We were there for a funeral, it was a little inconvenient that checkout was at eleven, as we would have appreciated to return to our room to change before return trip home. Only other issue was it was difficult being able to watch news etc on TV as access managed once but was unable to get that back when we returned after visitation.

Typical business hotel. Ask for a room on the back side as the highway is noisy on the front. On the back you hear the GO train but that is better than the constant drone of traffic. Rooms are updated, clean and comfortable. Staff is lovely and receptive. We asked to change rooms due to the traffic noise and were upgraded to a lovely suite. Basic breakfast included with accommodation.

The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities I needed. However, the soundproofing was poor, and I could hear noise through the night. A bunch of teenagers were partying. Also, the shower water pressure was weak.

Still in renovations pool area not finished. Plus the sheers in the rooms need to be replaced torn and old, yet they updated everything else. Also would be nice to have a shelf under the bathroom sink for personal toiletries.
