The property is old but has been newly renovated. It was clean and well-organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A good breakfast and nearby public transportation made our stay convenient and comfortable.

Our room does not have a mini fridge and phone as it is included in our booked room. Called the front desk using my cellphone. Staff advised us that the room is newly renovated so the items are not complete and to talk to the manager the following day. Lucky enough he found a mini fridge for us to use. The stay was pleasant. Just the amenities inside the room are incomplete.

The place was good for what we paid. The free breakfast was much better than your usual “free breakfast” we had no problem getting uber pickup. It was just so far from downtown Vancouver. So if you don’t want to uber everywhere don’t stay here

It's within a short distance to skytrain station, with a plenty of restaurant nearby. The staffs were friendly but the room itself was underwhelming. In my opinion it's overpriced for what you get.

Internet access was slow. Even though it was the summertime, the pool was out of order. Breakfast was satisfactory. Terrible coffee though and the pancake machine kept falling apart. Beds were comfy. Easy to connect TV to Netflix. Laundry machines were old so it took a long time to dry our clothes.
