Everything was great except for the 2 nights we were there was a bit loud. First night some girls tried to open our adjoining room door then the second night there was a girls that were very loud. But that happen at hotels

Affordable stay in a nice area. The current renovations are noticable, but it's clear the place will be nice when construction is finished.
Underground tunnel to the pool was cool. Pool was warm and clean.

Im going to start by saying i was worried becauae i read some unfavorable reviews. But i am so happy i booked anyway, it so surpassed my expectations. We were coming to visit Holland college and the location is perfect, my son could walk over and meet his friends, you are close to the waterfront and lots of choices to eat without having to drive. The hotel is going thru some renos, the lady that checked us in was so friendly, she even called the room shortly after we arrived to see if we were okay with the room. We stayed across the road from the main building and the room was so clean, no carpets, comfy beds and lots of pillows. We only stayed one night, but will definately return on our next trip

The hotel is going through some renovations, other than that, our stay for two nights was comfortable, clean, quiet and warm. The breakfast is continental style; ceral, bagals, waffles etc. Pool was good. The beds are comfortable. We were visiting Holland College, so the hotel was perfectly placed. We would stay there again.

There were areas under construction which I knew nothing about at the time of booking. To get to the breakfast I had to walk through an area that said enter at your own risk.
The heating system did not work in the room for the first night, they offered to move me to a different room, the adjacent room rad red tuck tape holding the door shut. And even though there was a sign that said quiet zone the second night I could hear so much from the other room of people laughing and then someone banging on a door because they got locked out by their room mate.

Check in was friendly and went smoothly.
The next morning there was no hot water. Totally unacceptable. I needed to be somewhere for 1pm. My check out was allowed to be later. When I contacted the front desk I was told that the furnace was started and it shouldn’t take long. After over an hour there still was no hot water.
No happy with this at all as it doe not make me want to stay here again!

Large clean comfortable room. Appreciated the fact that there was mini fridge and microwave. Very centrally located in Charlottetown. Was disappointed that the pool was closed for renovations. We would have booked a different hotel if we had been aware of that.

The hotel is very old and under renovations. Doesn't excuse the build up if dust in the vents, the gunk on the shower head and the smell of old person in the room. BUT they have a quiet after 10 pm policy, staff was very kind and friendly, and I slept very well while there. Bring your own pillows!
