Hotel needs some upgrades

It was ok

Our room wasn't renovated yet, and the bathroom was pretty bad for only $10 less than the renovated rooms.

Hotel location is good. Facilities are a bit old though. The damage deposit is required, but not well explained by the male frontdest service person. All thether service people arevvery nice, including those at breakfast and morning checkout girl.

Hotel’s airconditioning system is not working properly. We checked in 17 April (1st room) we went in and saw it was fine worth for the money paid however when we tried to open AC it was making terrible sound and not even cooling we had to ask them to move us in a different room because it was hot and dirty even the bed was ripped off underneath They were very nice to move us to a different room in the new building and we entered same thing it was fine but!! Toilet seat wasnt even cleaned we literally had to wipe off the pee stains underneath plus again we waited for ac to cool but again it didnt so we had to sleep windows open.. 2nd day of our trip we went for a trail in the morning and hoped that by the time we get back ac is cool but unfortunately it wasnt again, we sought the assistance of their manager and maintenance was very honest that AC WILL NOT WORK BECAUSE IT IS BROKEN.. hence, they suggested to move us again in a different room then when we entered same thing it was cleaned but you can literally smell the previous guests food that was either heated or cooked their. We ended up refunding for the rest of the trip and moved to The Arts Hotel (which is with the best service commending Hannah!) and it really helped us to enjoy the rest of the trip

When I went to check in they said I booked 8 nights when I only booked one. My reservation said one. Then I had to request they honour the price for the one night which finally they did. Not sure why the issue but I did get a room. Seems some construction going on and room had some napkin bits on the floor so not 100% clean.

This place is in a never ending state of renovations. It’s also being used to house homeless ppl by the governement.

Wasnt aware the property is under construction for renovations. The hallways, underground tunnel were filthy. As expected for a place under construction. However the room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly. Convenient location. Even with the construction, would still recommend.

Very convenient and close to Holland College. Staff is very helpful and kind.

The hotel was nice and clean but unfortunately upon arrival the hotel lobby and hotel smelled like strong weed, I was woken up at 3am to people across the hall outside fighting , front desk did come and tell them to quiet down but it continued on.

Overall, the stay was fine if you are staying for a night and are not going to be in the room for long. Upon inspecting the room, the shower rod was pulled off the wall and about to come down, lots of bugs in the bathroom, the shower handle was about to be broken off the wall and the lock swing bar to the door was broken off, and you were only able to lock the door if placed correctly.

🤗Everything it was good quiet ,it just few things I was disappointed. The hair dryers it wasn’t work 👎👎 and the shower 🚿 it wasn’t work well even they are on renovation make sure the room all good before to give to clients . 😓

Basic clean hotel with a few things that are getting to the end of their lifespan. Would stay here again as the gym was excellent and the pool was a nice warm temperature.

Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel because my kids wants to enjoy in Pool but they didn’t go because this hotel is awful.. Small Flies in the room.. asked them to change the room… even in free I wouldn’t stay there..
