Charlottetown Inn & Conference Centre

Very nice overall for the price. Well located and the staff was very nice. The a.c. was not so much efficiant, and the builing is old. But it did the job nicely. I would recommend that hotel.

Great location. Clean room, free breakfast, but nothing hot , except the waffles. Swimming pool was quiet, which was nice.

This property was under construction during our stay so it was in poor condition. The night stand could not be reached from either bed. Because the property was under construction, I assume this is why there was not a lot of people staying there however it was super quiet and had a great sleep with no kids running up and down the hall The staff was super friendly and accommodating

It was good overall but hotel is very outdated and run down. Staff was lovely!

We had some hiccups on entering the room. It smelled like cigarettes/ a bar. It was a heavy lingering odour. The front desk staff, the hotel

For a room that was refurbished is was like putting lipstick on a pig the workmanship was horrible I found bugs underneath the m floor moulding in the bathroom in the corner in front the toilet to the bathtub I understand this is an old structure they should have shut the hole floor or complete building down for the upgrades the only thing that seen was a new fridge and stove . The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working paint on the floor and side of tub which not replaced. Enamel was chipped in couple of spots poor quality of flooring in room. I paid extra for a refurbished room. All the carpenters staff or hired out help should be fired

We arrived in the evening after a wedding in Canoe cove. We figured paying as much as we did we would atleast get a clean bedroom but one of the beds had dirty sheets, the sink had a dirty grime around the drain, the carpet was badly stained and had a sticky spot by the fridge. Their was stains and chunks of stuff on the ceiling. The AC lacked coldness hard to adjust. Light fixtures were hanging from the ceiling and thermometers that no longer working hanging off the wall.

The floor was stcky, there was no usb charging slots, we were right beside hotel renos and something was clunking around above us.

Location is the best thing I can say about this hotel Told us we would be staying across the street choice go thru the tunnel or cross a busy street so two seniors carrying luggage up and down stairs or across a busy street Carpets all stained, electric outlets not working, terrible smell in some places I know they are under going renovations but they are charging full price for the room Nothing on the web site about renovating Would not recommend this hotel

Alright for a room to sleep for a night. But stale rooms and elevator stopped working day we left. Continental breakfast was ok.

This property is undergoing renovations which we weren’t informed of. No baseboards around most of the hotel, were given an accessible room (but was not needed), lights didn’t work in our room, no toilette paper holder, the door latch did not make proper connection and therefore the door would not lock. Other than being able to walk everywhere conveniently I would not stay here in the future. Not worth the money they charge for their very rundown property.

This property is very run down and not befitting the daily cost associated with the rooms. The complimentary breakfast was extremely limited and the food stale and/or unappealing. The entire facility has a stale and unpleasant odour. The lobby and first level guest rooms are beside the pool and gym and the smell of chlorine and human perspiration was overwhelming. The gym and pool areas were very dark and the gym equipment had obviously not been cleaned in a long time. Our room had a door that would only secure if we were in the room. We could not leave because the door could be opened by simply pushing on the door from the outside. We observed many apparently homeless and/or addicted/ mentally disturbed citizens on and around the premises. A mental health care team showed up one morning to deal with a disturbed male who had been sitting immediately outside of our room. At 4:30 am we had a man and woman screaming and swearing outside of our bedroom window (parking lot) Maid service did not show up despite us hanging the maid service requested sign outside our door and then leaving the room for ten hours. Front counter staff were friendly but obviously in need of the management putting some money into repairs (carpets in hallways are filthy - paint satins are everywhere - parts of the walls have drywall or ripped off - plastic flower displays abound as opposed to real plants. This hotel is in dire need of proper management and repair. Decay is everywhere.

Renovated room was lovely! Hotel corridors were very rundown! Friendly staff.

We didn't stay, thought we were getting a redone room no carpet. The entrance smelled like cigarettes. The carpet in the room was filthy. Bad smell. AC in the window was loud and dirty. Elevator broken. Didn't even check the bathroom.

Worst hotel stay of my life. I stay at this hotel many many time before the new owners. It was supposed to be a night away for my boyfriend and I The room was 88 degrees all night i opened the window to 3 feet of pigeon feces. It smelled awful. I had to beg for a fan. I was told there would be a solution. Tgey didnt offer to switch my room. I was in tears. We had a terri le night i tried to talk to the staff the next day they said that they would sort something out. Now the manger has avodied me. Tv sitting on the floor. Makeup wipes dry .

Room was fine, however the the window AC unit has openings under the unit. Very strong smell of cannabis as it came through the AC unit from outside and lingered. The back entrance smelled like cannabis/cigarettes. Continental Breakfast was adequate however was not cleaned regularly while people were eating etc.
