Very nice overall for the price. Well located and the staff was very nice. The a.c. was not so much efficiant, and the builing is old. But it did the job nicely. I would recommend that hotel.

We stayed in the unrenovated area. We had no window and no toiletries. We were beside the pool so our room always felt damp. Very darkly lit room. Nice free breakfast. Not a fan of a $200 damage deposit when we provided a credit card as well. The deposit is returned 5 working days after we left. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The jotel is well situated by the downtown. We have bookes again but this time in a renovated room with window...so we will see.

Under construction half the rooms were not operational. Had to go under a tunnel with no lighting to get to the other part of the hotel.

This property is undergoing renovations. We were in the annex. There is a lot of work needed. The bed we had was terrible. Sloped off both side so you felt as though you would roll out. I know this hotel from years ago as a Best Western and it was great then. Hope it improves

I have never stayed at a hotel where I felt so unsafe. The picture on the website shows this very nice hotel and when we checked in we were then told we were staying at the building across the street (looks condemned). Not impressed. After crossing the very busy street, the building smelled horrible once we were in it (elevator was out of service) and our door cards didn't work. After crossing the street 3 times to try 3 different cards that didn't work, they gave us another room. It was so dirty we didn't take off our shoes and the bathroom was filthy. We then went for a late dinner and returned to the hotel after dark. No lights in the parking lot, homeless people sleeping by the fence, people sleeping in their cars in the parking lot and the back door (only way to get in the building after 9) didn't close properly so you had to pull it shut behind you. Left that night and found another hotel. DO NOT recommend this hotel at all.

Firstly the rooms that you stay in are across the street from the main part of the hotel. The breakfast and pool are in that same building but the rooms you sleep are across the street. I completely understand that we were notified they were experiencing renovations but the conditions of the furniture and hallways left us feeling dirty. The rooms were satisfactory but in need of attention in the bathrooms. I stayed in two different rooms over the weekend because of how I had to book last minute and both rooms were in similar conditions. The room wasn’t cleaned after our first night, I called first thing the next morning and was told they only offer housekeeping every 3 days. I said that wasn’t satisfactory and they did come later that day, replaced towels and emptied garbage’s. I would not recommend and will not return

we stay for two nights, the second night electricity black out, fire alarm went on, staff nocked and bang on the door across my room. All these happened from 12:30-4:00 am. We did not able to sleep whole night. Not just second night, we also heard next room talking, loud and noisy!

Property is run down and filthy. Bed was broken with the head part lower than the feet. Vending machines were removed. We stayed in the building across the street and the front door was not secured and there was no staff in the building. This is the worst hotel we stayed at anywhere around the world on all our journeys and we travel a lot.

This hotel is crying out for renovation. Our room was substandard. Small room, way too big furniture that just sucked up the space. There was an air conditioning unit, which was really great, but the cords were laying along the floor, big tripping hazard. I tried to plug my phone into the wall plug, and there was a definite power draw. I did not use the plug. We had 2 thin bath towels, one hand towel and one facecloth. We did ask for another towel and received it. The bathroom is a bit sad, in need of a facelift… the door hinges are old and rusted. We did notice there was painting going on, so they might be working on the facelift already. There was breakfast in the morning. Muffins, bagels, waffles, cereal, tea, coffee, juice, yogurt. There were bathrooms across from the breakfast room on the lower level. I did notice a sign there were complimentary sanitary products available at the main floor check-in desk. Not really handy if you are in the lower level bathroom but at least they had some. The most important thing to note! This hotel says it’s accessible and there are ramps from the far side of the hotel. However the door to the lobby is out of order. They have a second door but the way the door opens is not accessible except by someone who can walk. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Stayed across the street from the inn. Rooms were average. Was disappointed to see the tiered increase in pricing from $159 to $269 for Saturdays stay. There was no elevation in services or breakfast to correspond with the increase in the nightly stay to justify the cost. I wouldn’t stay there again. A positive is the location. Walkable to restaurants etc.

Fairly close to downtown and shops and bars but with that, comes an undesirable element of folks hanging around and in the building

A downtown location and hotel is under renovation. No rooms in the main building as they are the ones being renovated. You take a tunnel to get to the rooms. Hotel doesn’t seem to be in the safest area.

The property is under renovation and many areas were blocked off with tape. Many areas were unpainted, walls partially demolished. Even though it room was "renovated" (and we paid more for this) it still seemed unfinished with no ice bucket, no carpet. Finishes seemed low quality--thin towels, dresser drawer already not closing properly, etc.Disappointing overall for the money.
