Fitness area was nice and clean. Hot tub was hot with good jets, pool good temperature for swimming. Towels and a rinsing station in the pool area. Dry sauna was nice but not overly hot.

The room was big and clean. The bed was comfy and the view was incredible. Close to everything. Staff are very friendly. I’m definitely staying there again.

It was a great stay. Staff is always very helpful friendly and always very welcoming. Always enjoy our stay there when we go to chilliwack. We always stay at all the coast hotels on our travels. Never no complaints.

We thought we had 2 Queens but we’re 2 doubles but still worked as beds were super comfortable . I like slippers to go to pool that were in room. Nice location for proximity to Chilliwack Coliseum. We did tell front desk that the Color on Tv was extremely poor and TV needs replacing . The chair in room fell backwards causing my husband to hit his head but he just got a big goosebump in head . They advised also replacing . Restaurant on site was great and reasonably priced. Your in walking distance of District 1881 - nice shops and breweries etc - hope to return to hotel soon . Good service and very polite!

I had a great stay overall—your team was helpful and welcoming, and I appreciated the comfort of the hotel.
That said, I did want to share some honest feedback. The morning front desk clerk came across as a bit unfriendly and dismissive during my interactions. It made things feel a little uncomfortable, especially compared to how kind and professional the rest of the staff were.
I’m sharing this not as a complaint, but in the hope that it can be addressed. A warm, friendly front desk really makes a big difference to the guest experience.
Thanks again, and I’d be happy to stay with you again in the future.

We were asked at check in whether we needed housekeeping for our three night stay. I did not need the room cleaned but I asked for new towels. They were not delivered. I finally need to go pick up. We also ran out of coffee and I had to go to front desk to get more. We had no coffee on the morning we checked out. I guess if you say no to getting the room cleaned you get zero service - I didn't realize that. The Sat night the room next to us were yelling / fighting until 2:30 am - we called front desk 2x but I gather we just needed to wait until they passed out because nothing got done about it

Friendly Front Desk and Restaurant staff!
Our room had outdated TV and a broken Safety box that had to be replaced the day after we arrived just when we needed it.
Otherwise, it is a nice Hotel, well located.

What a beautiful hotel! Everything was great. The only annoyance was that I spoke to a desk agent last night and asked for a late checkout, but then somebody was knocking on our door and calling the room because we werent checked out by 11, but we had til 12. The agent just didnt update the system.
