Comfort Inn Burlington

We checked into the hotel, there was no electricity, I took a shower by the light of my phone

For a quick stopover with friendly staff, Comfort Inn Burlington offers good value. It's accessible to a major highway and includes a decent breakfast, and plenty of free parking. The surrounding property is a bit dated, but well maintained. I slept well as the bed was comfy and very little noise seeped in from the surroundings or other rooms.

Great location for what we wanted. Minutes from Burlington GO station. Close to Guelph Line, our route to the area.

It was absolutly a disaster.. I called at 3 PM to as them to pre Cool the Room as itr was 40 Deg Cel on Tuesday.. We checked in Late at 9 PM The room smelled musty and the carpet hadnt been cleaned . the Bed had a Big Dip in the centre, it was 28 Deg Cet on the thermostat and the the room was sweltering HOT we were dripping in Sweat but gave it a chance. We called the Room service ... All we got was a Bad attitude from the Staff , they did NOT offer us another room statiung that they were all booked ... The front dest clerc came to up pluig the cooling unit and then pluged it back in. Said it would start cooling .. That was at 10:30 PM .. by midnight it was cooler in the Hall than in the Room at 28 Deg Cel. and we had to check out after on 3hours and 3 shirt changed as we were dripping in sweat. . We left a complaint card and were NOT offered a discount . We called the QUality In down trhe Street and they got us 2 Queen Beds and a COol Clean room for the night . We could Sleep well after that. I want my Money Refunded .. this was the Worst m Hotel stasy on my ife and we tried to be paitient. The room was unsafe wt 28 deg Fht. The staff didnt mention that tha A/C was down in the Building... We could have made other plans . The only Comfort we recieved was leaving this Dump ! I demand a Refund ! Call me Edward Kuszelewski CELL 416.522.0680 with any other Questions or and send the Refund via a credit to my Mastercard ! I need a reply ASAP !

The front gardens are lovely. I was told to wait to check in while she was completing her books at front desk. My room smelled very stale, unpleasant. Ceiling in shower was leaking; definitely something wrong with pipe above. Very annoying as I was trying not to get my hair wet.

Good for an old building

Price is much too high for the damp smell, random banging all night (we were on the second floor so no floor above us). Hallways smelt moldy and stale. Just did not seem clean

The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was good.

Good location and service. Comfortable room but the same breakfast everyday. We requested that the room be cleaned on a particular day but they did not come.

The property is older and therefore lacking some amenities. There is no elevator so if you don't want to haul luggage upstairs, then it is not for you. Check in was good but I found it very difficult to find any staff the times I went to the front desk (to locate a working ice machine and start car charge or check out?). The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The motel was pretty nice--our room had a nice sliding door, which proved to be a very useful feature. The free breakfast was much better than expected.
