The carpet in the room was dirty to the point that my foot stuck to the carpet in one spot and I had to go wash the guck off. The curtains on the window hung over the heater/air conditioner. Could not get heat without opening the curtains and making sure they did not touch the heater. The hot items at the breakfast were not heated, cold eggs, cold hashbrowns and cold sausage.

Horrible experience. No heat. 6 legged bug in the bathtub. 2nd floor guests noisy all night - refugees with no understanding of common courtesy - called the desk 4 times. They did nothing.
