I stay here everytime I’m in London and it’s always amazing. Breakfast has so many great options, room is clean and so large. Having the two rooms is great for a family. Can walk to great restaurants and shopping

The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. The only suggestion I have: make a shelf in the shower for people bringing their own shampoo and conditioner. I tried squeezing your bottles and didn’t have enough strength to get anything to come out.

The room was excellent. The service was fine. The Breakfast was better on the second morning than the first. The first morning breakfast had burnt and hard scrambled eggs. The main bathroom on the first floor was filthy. Blood on the floor, plugged toilet and paper just thrown about. This was at 7am. Staff was very friendly to deal with.
