Nice new renovates, comfortable bed

Staff are friendly and most Filipino. Newly renovated room. Quiet area

There was construction on one side of the property, evacuees staying at the property were quite noisy. The staff at the front desk and the security were excellent and friendly!!!

Everything is all good..except tv had no Signal...we didnt even watch Everything

We checked in early thanks to staff. We took the elevator up and all you could smell was pot. We went out shortly after and came back about 6. No pot smell but noise from kids and parents all good. We went to bed early. Reasonable noise. Got u at 4 to head home and grabbed coffee to go out for a smoke. Got in the elevator only to find out the main floor button was taken out so the delay went down but couldn’t get out? I was panicked but pressed 3rd floor button and it took me u and let me out. I went back in to have a shower and no matter how long I ran it couldn’t get hot water? The staff were friendly unfortunately they couldn’t have done more than they did and were great but I suggest that it is advertised for a room that you advise there are evacuees staying there please? We would have known how over worked staff was and how much damage and noise to expecy

Cleanliness was good, although there was garbage thrown around in the parking lot, as evacuees were staying there and not respecting the establishment. Shouting and load noise most of the night, had a hard time sleeping because of it.

The overall condition of this property is like an old shoe that got a polish and not a repair. They were mid renovation on the exterior, lobby and dining area and it looked horrible. The rooms were renovated but they left the rusty old sprinkler in the ceiling. The property grounds were unkept. Honestly the pictures online made the place look nice but it was still arriving at the hotel, it was still just an old motel with a fresh coat of paint.

This property is having renovations. We were not told about this when we booked. Hotel is a mess, construction crew started early and were very loud.

This property was under construction which definitely wasn’t the issue. It was extremely unclean in the elevator, hallway and lobby. The back entrance did not lock directly into the hotel and hallways, the parking lot had homeless people dumpster diving and the front desk did nothing when we mentioned the noise all night above us and in the hallway that kept us up for two nights. The cost in comparison was not worth the competitors. We will most definitely never be back.

Outdated in general. Rooms newly redone but not well

I was not informed when booking that the hotel was under construction. It basically looked closed when driving up. I booked an 'outside room' to be able to access from the outside but the patio doors did not open because of construction. I also booked a continental breakfast specifically but there was no where to sit in the breakfast area, it was crowded with people, 1 waffle machine I was not able to use because so many people were using it most likely due to the fact that there was no toaster for the bread and bagels (which i later found out was in the front lobby, but there were no signs in the breakfast area that said that), there was a few sausages, no eggs, no condiments. And I went for breakfast at 8am (half hour after it started). My bathroom was not clean either, something that would have taken 5 minutes to spot check. Front desk staff were also not friendly whatsoever besides at checkin. This experience was very disappointing for the amount I paid to stay here. Will not be staying again or recommending.

Great breakfast ,they were under construction will look great when all done. Would stay there again.
