The staff was great, very easy to park with lots of space, room very clean and comfortable.

People at desk were lovely, room was spotless. The only problem was that the air conditioner never cooled the room down. They probably should have turned the air on in the morning given it was 32 degrees that day. We checked in at 6 pm and slept without any covers because the room was so hot. I’d still stay there again, I’d just go early to turn on the air!

The staff is very friendly and go out of there way to accommodate and help guests out. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very nice as well.

The bread was moldy, the milk expired and the cream cheese was left out instead of being refrigerated. The juice machine was out of service and the coffee was cold. The continental breakfast was very poorly run and made me sceptical of any food they had there. The fridge did not work and put water all over the floor. The parking lot was plowed but not shovelled. I should not have to step through deep snow to get to the front door 2 days in a row. I slip and fell by the posts on the overhang due to snow build up and it melting and then the cold temperatures showing up again. Room was clean and staff friendly but not well run.

The hotel is very old and run down. The room had a very old and stagnant smell. The cupboards in the kitchen part to our room came off the hinges when we opened them. Half the plugs in the room did not work. In the bathroom along the bath tub was full of thick dirt that did not look like it had been cleaned for a long time. The breakfast was not great! Drink machines were broken and juice jugs in fridge were all empty.
