I didnt end up needing to have the full room nor didnt need the pet room. Last moment changes. She downsized the room for me but the room fee did not change. Next time I will book directly with hotel staff. I also believe the room was to be 147. Dollars and i paid 174

GREAT LOCATION. THE PROPERTY NEEDS A TOTAL UPGRADE. FROM FRONT ENTRY TO HALLWAYS, ROOMS AND BATHROOMS- PLEASE UPGRADE!!
FRONT PORCH CEMENT WAS CRACKED, NO ELEVATOR, WE HAD TO HAUL OUR LUGGAGE UP TO THE SECOND FLOOR, B/FAST OK, TOO MUCH PAPERWORK DURING AND AFTER CHECK OUT. PRICING OK.

Had to wait outside the room while maid was cleaning. Went the front desk and basically was told, that’s the way it is

The property is dated, but it’s clean and well taken care of. The breakfast is adequate and kept full. Everything was clean and tidy in the small breakfast area. The location was handy to everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay again, great value for the money, especially for Kelowna in the summer.

The Dilworth provides excellent value for the money. It’s very clean, well appointed, and central and although I’ve stayed there only twice, staff have been friendly and helpful. It’s just excellent value. I’ll be back for sure and hats off to the people that make it happen at the Dilworth!

Cheap but you can’t expect anything new or modern in this inn. Water was either too hot or too cold and was difficult to adjust to a temperature that was just right. To be asked to clean kitchen utensils after use was too much. Mattress was too soft. No elevator. Swim pool was not available to use.
