We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was beautiful. Very clean and modern looking. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious. Service was excellent and parking was easy.

Check-in and out was easy. Front desk staff were fine.
The bathroom was disgusting. There was orange and black mold in the bathtub, the sink tap dripped very loudly and the toilet tank lid did not fit the toilet. The walls were paper thin, we could clearly hear conversations from the room next door. We had to call down to the main desk at 4am because the room next door was being so loud. It did not appear that they did anything. We stayed on the 9th floor.

Its good that they are prociding subsidized oldging for the needy but they shoild disclose and charge accordingly rather than top dollar
