DoubleTree by Hilton St Johns Harbourview

Lack of pillows they werenot Hilton standards bed same. I asked cleaning people for extra coffee and an extra pillow. Note was put in trash and service not done

A good hotel, but I have to say their breakfast is bad and expensive, 40 dollars (with taxes and tips) for regular coffee, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, some potatoes and 1 slice of bread, is abusive. Specially given the quality, it was very bad and it tasted very processed/industrial food. Also, some issues with bedroom doors which don't close properly.

Not bad, sad we didnt get a good view for the price paid. Restaurant was reservation only so when we got to the hotel we had to find somewhere else to eat supper which was really disappointing. It also wasnt told that you have to pay for parking every night you are there. Beautiful location, loved being by the harbor and a close walk to downtown and George Street. Im not disappointed but not impressed either.

Rooms were never properly cleaned in three nights and for what we paid that should not have been the case. Definitely need more staff. At 4 in the afternoon rooms still not cleaned. More front desk staff would be helpful as well. Loved St. John’s

Restaurant staff were very friendly. Room was a bit masculine mariner style for my taste but the shower room was excellent and a great view of the harbour. Daytime desk manager was very helpful and professional!

Dining room music was very loud for both my stays.

Sparo (in-house restaurant) was fantastic...the hotel was within walking distance from most of what I wanted to see in town

It was very nice. But the only thing wrong is you had to pay for parking. Front staff was very good on helping customers

It has the perfect location for downtown waterfront area of St. Johns. It is central for day trips, close to Avalon Mall for shopping, Signal Hill, Iceberg Quest Boat Tours Terry Fox Memorial. Lots of restaurants nearby. In hotel restaurant and bar Rooms are spacious and have everything you need.

Très belle hôtel avec une vue sur le port. Bons déjeuner. Par contre stationnement payant

Very clean modern and great area

I arrived late to the St. John’s Doubletree. I was met by the most delightful receptionist named Liza, who couldn’t have been kinder or more accommodating. The place smelled like warm cookies and she handed me two, and then offered me two more in addition to two bottles of water. I felt like I was at Home! Wonderful people wonderful accommodations. It’s enough to make me wish I was Canadian. They are the best!
