Beautiful views and the rooms are great. I loved where it was located it was easy for me to get around and the staff was very nice welcoming and helpful

The decor was beautiful and very handy and the sea view was perfect. The extra charge for the parking was a unpleasant surprise.

We had a good overall experience! Very comfortable and very clean. Very friendly staff but did have an issue at the bar. We are not familiar with the bars business hours so we sat down and asked for a drink between 11-11:30 and the bar tender responded “I can’t get you anything I’m cleaning up the bar can’t you tell we are closed” in a very rude tone, we didn’t know how to respond so we went back up to our room. Other than very good stay

First time staying at this property and intially thought it was a nice hotel for the price and location no complaints upon arrival. After the first night it was evident that the rooms are far from sound proof as we were awaken at 6am by loud early risers but that was fine we sucked it up. But by the second night our room was next to I don’t even know how to describe it, the guests had no respect for anyone else in that hotel they were loud and partying all night and when they did finally settle there was another person in the hallway for 3 hours straight banging on their doors to let them in and no one ever did and calling out “open the door” “let me in” at 3am til 7 am, We checked out at 730 am I was honestly afraid to open the door, the lady at the front desk met us with a sigh and said you were next the rooms with all the disturbances last night and I said yes. She apologized and said they had booked out 3 rooms to these individuals knowing that they would be using them as party rooms. She apologized again and waived our 30 dollar parking fee. I feel as though I should have received a refund for that night. I did not rest or feel safe at the double tree by Hilton.

This review has nothing to do with the staff, level of service, etc. I was given a room directly across from the elevators and this made for a very noisy night. I could hear the continuous loud banging of the elevator doors all night long. Maybe these doors are in much need of maintenance or repair. I would not recommend getting a room directly across from the elevators as you will not sleep at all.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean. Restaurant had good food and a beautiful view. Would highly recommend!

Great and friendly

I love the Double Tree, its clean and Comfortable. This stay, i was put in a room with an adjoining room door. There was someone in one of the rooms next to me and snoring really loud. Also the room doors are very loud when closing.

Our experience is always great with the rooms clean , helpful & friendly staff. One thing we always find 2 people but only one chair to sit by small table , would be great to always have 2 chairs , a person not always wants to sit on bed specially if your there for medical or back etc problems … just saying ! Thks
