The front staff were amazing! We felt so welcomed! The location is perfect. The parking can be a little tight if you have a truck but there is plenty of spaces!

The hotel was very nice. The rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant in the hotel was always busy so it must be good. We didn’t eat there however. Lots of restaurants and shops in the area. Close to the waterfront and George St. We walked to the Rooms and to Signal Hill, a bit of a hike uphill but easily accessible. Close to Quidi Vidi but driving is more reasonable. We loved looking out of our room window at the harbour. We recommend this hotel. Parking was on site and safe.

Restaurant was beautiful but had a leak in the ceiling in one spot. The food was delicious and fresh. Check in/out was easy, parking was easy to access, housekeeping did a wonderful job of communicating and providing access to additional towels. The room was quite dark but clean. The bathtub faucet wouldn’t turn off and had water stains - obviously it had been running for many months without repair.
