The location was very central! I travelled with my 88-yr old parents and the location was very convenient for our itinerary!!
Also the staff are very accommodating! I left my boots behind, and Christine was very helpful in arranging a FedEx pick-up - thank you!

The hotel is older but kept up and has a lovely breakfast area. I was put off by the attitude of a staff member. I asked at the front desk if I could get a little milk or cream for my tea in my room. The woman curtly told me there is powder creamer in your room. When I told her I didn't like that kind she said there is a convenience store 2 blocks away . I know she could have walked a few steps to find some as there was plenty of small creamers at breakfast the next morning. Come on, put a little effort into customer service. I will not stay here again because of this staff member. Checking me in is your job, putting a little effort into helping someone is customer service

The property is clean, grounds well kept, spacious rooms, quiet. Bed comfortable, buffet breakfast is wonderful with an excellent variety of hot and cold items, lots of seating. Walking distance to everything in the downtown. Would stay again.

The Embassy Inn was a great surprise with how close to the harbour it was and how central and quiet! It was a comfortable room and we were on the 1st floor right over the enterance and we could not believe how quiet it was...we went to sleep with the sound of horse hooves, no city noise...it was quite amazing. Staff were nice and breakfast was adequate for a free one. They have a waffle maker which is a nice touch. Over all great stay.

Clean modern rooms, good breakfast included, great location right in the middle of all the tourist spots, park your car at the hotel and walk to all the tourist hotspots. Will stay here again.
