Front desk was super helpful breakfast was hot with lots of options. Quinte Mall is right across the street. A great option when visiting Belleville.

GOT UP IN THE MORNING TO TAKE A SHOWER, AND IT DIDN'T WORK. HAD TO WAIT 2HOURS BEFORE SOMEONE COULD COME TO FIX IT. THIS SHOULD OF BEEN NOTICED WHEN THEY CLEAN THE SHOWER, IF THEY DID!!!

Hotel was convenient. Close to 401 and various dining options. Beds were very comfortable and hot breakfast was good. Second floor accessed by stairs.
Note that the property does not take Visa Debit card, even though reserved with that card. Luckily I had another option with me.
Overall comfy stay.

We stayed for one night and had a great stay. We checked in just before midnight and there was no issues. Since we arrived so late we accidentally slept in and missed breakfast by a few mins. When we went down to the breakfast room and realized what happened a very nice lady who was working there got us a few warm left overs from the kitchen, bread for the toaster, muffins and drinks. She was very kind and because of the great service we had we would definitely stay here again.

The room itself was decent, but I was really concerned about the bathroom setup. There was no exhaust fan or proper ventilation, which made it very uncomfortable while taking a shower. The steam builds up quickly, and it feels suffocating—definitely not ideal for anyone with respiratory issues. Proper ventilation is a basic necessity, and this was a serious oversight. Would not recommend staying here until they fix this issue.
