Wanted to say that I forgot medication in the room and the staff went out of their way to help me get this shipped to me. I truly appreciated it and I hope their managers know how friendly and helpful they are.

When we walked into our room it stank like crazy of a mix of wet dog and cleaner. When we walked onto the carpet area of our room our socks were instantly sopping wet.
The mattresses were lumpy and and caved out - they desperately need replacing.
As I was checking out we were offered complimentary breakfast to make up for the stench and wet floors - but we were checking out and needed to be somewhere in 15 minutes. Terrible way to try and make it right. They said due to being at capacity they had to use the room and apparently it was recently renovated which was why the room was as such. I told them it would be better to not allow someone to stay in there. Our experience was terrible. And I wouldn’t want that for anyone else.
The pool was FREEZING cold. Even the kids that were there stayed in the hot tub. It was frigid.

Older facility, but relatively clean. Two major issues. The pool was closed and no notice was given until the day before check in and the cancellation window had already closed, and we did not receive room cleaning, even though we had requested a later clean both days.
Restaurant is nice, a little pricey, but good selection and quality of food with excellent service. Breakfast buffet is standard fare for $10.99.
Overall a nice location, but communication issues and lack of room cleaning reduced the rating.

Great location for attending a wedding in Springbank on NYE. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is a bit dated, but there is not a lot available in that area of town.

The reason we booked a hotel rather than stay with family was to have a quiet place for my daughter to nap. For 90 minutes during her nap time the staff were testing the fire alarm and knocking on doors to hear the alarm. Not very restful.
