Hampton Inn by Hilton Timmins

Aside from the weather being cold might stay at this hotel was comfortable. Check-in was quick and a text from the staff as a follow up was awesome to have.

I booked a room there for 3 nights for a hockey tournament plus another room for my children joining me during the weekend. The room set up was alright, I had to call the front desk to help with the sofa bed due to malfunction. Lugging hockey bags up and down the stairs all weekend was ridiculous due to the elevators either down or 1 was only working and that one wasn’t even functioning properly. At one point Friday night there was people stuck in the elevators. The front staff people were great, but the running of your hotel and the expectation of cleanliness of my room was low. I paid too much for all the issues I ran into this weekend.

I had to leave at 3 am because the bed was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep. You could feel the springs in your body. Upon leaving I told the front desk why I was leaving and they didn’t care.

It was a good stay, however they need a boot rack or something..maybe even a mop for the doorway…the snow and salt were kind of annoying

Amazing stay.👌 From the moment we got to the hotel we were greeted by two very friendly ladies and then checked out in the same fashion. We were very impressed. The pool was a great addition for my 6 year old. I also enjoyed the various equipment in the gym. To the gentlemen who handled the breakfast, BRAVO. Service was outstanding. I came to fill up my water bottle when you were just about to lock up the continental breakfast nook and rather than send me away, you let me right in and even showed me how to use the machine for a quicker refill to my giant Stanley. SUPER impressed with the choices also. Waffle bar??? Pardon me?!!! 🙌❤️ there were sausages, omelettes, bagels, baked beans, yogurt, fresh fruit, amongst many other items. All in all, a great stay.

Very nice hotel maybe the best in timmins. Only issue is that the parking lot is very dark and not well lit.

Efficient check-in and check-out. Haven’t received an email invoice yet.

First time staying in a hotel, shared a 2 queen bed room with my family of 4. This hotel sets a high standard for me, super nice rooms that include all the necessary amenities such as various size towels, body lotion, etc. For a vegetarian, there are a lot of breakfast options such as baked potatoes, beans, waffles, etc. I got the best price for 2 night stay that I found using sky scanner and booked using Expedia. Spent a total of around $450.

Overall quite clean; i picked this hotel as it is close to the airport and also they serve a decent buffet breakfast starting at 6am which is great for those of us with early flights!

Always loved staying at Hilton choice hotels however, first time the bed and pillows were so worn out that I barely got any sleep. The mattress was so no longer comfortable. Felt quite lopsided. My initial reservation was for three nights, I had to cancel the first night due to car problems but assured them that I would be arriving one day late. However, when I called back to confirm my room for the next two nights, they had cancelled the rest of my reservation. They told me they had no rooms however, I was able to get one through Hotels.com. Was quite disappointed with the room. I still have two more nights for work events so hopefully this new room I have to check into is much better.
