We only had a very short stay when we were returning from vacation. We arrived from Dominican Repoblic at 5 AM and checked out at 12 noon.
The service was excellent and hotel clean.
The beds were extremely comfortable.
The airport shuttle was very convenient and the driver was also very courteous.
We did not use the pool or eat in the restaurant.
Would recommend this hotel and stay again

Totally perfect for our stay. Just there to possibly sleep before catching shuttle to airport. Might be good to remind those in hallways that most people are there to catch flights so should keep noise/voices/kids running up and down to a minimum no matter what time.

Heater in the room did not work well, it would blow hot air and then AC would kick in randomly and blow cold air even though thermostat was set to heat.

Had power outlets that didnt work and shower had barely any pressure (room 121). TV batteries dead. Overall experience wasnt great and thankfully just needed a pillow and a bed until my early morning flight. I saw some "upgraded pictures" prior to booking but it didnt look like what I had expected

My daughter and her family stayed here in April 2025, and they found some bugs crawling in the wall late in the stay.
When asked if there could be any compensation, the manger replied that since they were there for a few hours, that no compensation will be rewarded. I would not recommend this place and my family will never stay here again!

Very close to airport, convenient for early or late travel, and parking . Friendly and accommodating staff. Shuttle. Free buffet breakfast and independent restaurant onsite for dinner or snacks. Would stay again when travelling

Bed and pillows lumpy and very uncomfortable.
Also air conditioner and refrigerator very noisy.
The guests were also in the hallways all hours yelling and talking very loudly.
