Great place to stay if flying out. 24 hour shuttle. Hiddem Gem restaurant onsite has good food & drinks. Room for good for the one night.

The room was not great. The toilet not flushed when i first entrred the room. Very noisey as it was on the same floor as the reception desk. The fire doors between the rooms and reception were always open, so the noises we're constant. Breakfast was a poor as it can get.

This hotel is old and not well maintained. Its saving grace is its location to the airport. The shuttle drivers were helpful and polite- the only reason I gave this a 2 and not a one. The restaurant staff I found borderline rude and the food was overpriced and low quality in my opinion. The hotel rooms and areas less the lobby were dark, dingy and smelled musty. A nice bucket of something say just outside my room door. I did smell the bleach in the towels when I took a shower, so at least the towels were clean. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets didn’t seem overtly clean to me. The location is why I assume this hotel survives- it’s less then 2 km from the airport.

Good value. Close to the airport. Rooms have refreshed somwhat, but still tired and mismatched with split bathroom layout. Flooring updated but carpeted 'baseboards' was weird. Hall carpets, decor and lighting very overdue for refresh. Rooms were clean and quiet. There seems to be a lot people using the hotel to start or end a flight and making use off a long term parking options with a night's stay. There seems to be some expansion construction started. The restaurant onsite seems to have new ownership/management and are working through some things.

Bad plug in in bathroom , too loose No garbage can beside toilet. Where should women dispose of sanitary items? Walk to the sink area with soiled items? NO! Room was very cold with a/c on in evening!

I liked the proximety of the hotel to the airport, was clean, nice beds and pillows, staff was friendly, didn't like that it was first come first serve situation with the shuttle, I need to know I have a spot so I don't miss my flight

Hotel seems older but is clean. Fitness room in poor condition. Weight machine out of order, no free weights and in order to get the treadmill to power on we had to pull the plug halfway out of the socket. Breakfast was very basic toast/bagel/waffle, cereal, sausage patty and egg, oranges and tea/coffee/juice.

The restaurant staff I found borderline rude and the food was overpriced and low quality in my opinion. The hotel rooms and areas less the lobby were dark, dingy and smelled musty. A nice bucket of something say just outside my room door. I did smell the bleach in the towels when I took a shower, so at least the towels were clean. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets didn’t seem overtly clean to me. The location is why I assume this hotel survives- it’s less then 2 km from the airport.
