The staff were super accommodating and helpful. There is an indoor pool open year-round as well as an outdoor pool open in the summer. So great to have a pool option any time of the year! We were exhausted and had a fantastic night’s sleep in the big, comfortable bed. The included breakfast was a bit of a reality check that we were back in North America… Having just been all over Europe with included breakfasts featuring fresh homemade croissants, dozens of freshly prepared hot dishes, a large variety of fruits and vegetables, fresh squeezed juice, etc., all on lovely china with proper silverware and stemware, it was deflating to have a breakfast on paper plates with plastic cutlery that features eggo waffles and wonderbread, “egg patty”, and “sausage patty”, and not much else. But it was a free breakfast so we did our best! The parking option was ideal as staying at the hotel upon our return from our trip allowed us 2 weeks of free parking. This cost less than just the cost of parking at the airport! And the shuttle is quick and prompt! We will be staying here again for our future trips!

The hotel was very close to the airport. It looks a bit tired in the hallway but the room was clean and beds very comfortable. Very disappointed with the restaurant. Waited over half hour to get food. Service staff very attentive but very slow food service coming out of kitchen. Also disappointed they advised they would add a surcharge to use visa. We chose to use debit instead. Very unsatisfactory for a restaurant at a hotel to have this policy.
