Parking cost was extra- first time I have paid e tra for parking while at a hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant had nice options and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. I did not like the required process of scanning in a qr code and entering my personal information to park ( really no other option so you are stuck) also I did not like the parking fee - that should be identified when booking that there would be a fee. The carpet in the room was older, had rumples in it and needed to be re-stretched.

The bathroom taps are not so great

The room overall and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathrooms could do with a bit of updating.

I like the property and the swimming pools, nice please. However, the bed in the room was a lot of noise. We can not move in the bed without hear the sound of it.

Good place

I only have a debit visa and no separate credit card. No where on the website could I find that they would only accept a credit card when checking in. Because if that I had to put a $350 debit transaction as my deposit. Thankfully there was no issue when I checked out and had my $350 refunded. The separate parking app was also a pain to pay $16 plus taxes to park at the hotel per night.

The big selling feature of the hotel is the waterslide. It is only open 9-2 on Sundays so I had 2 very disappointed kids when we arrived at 6. This is strange when you can’t actually check in before 3. They then tried to play basketball which was occupied by four people playing pickleball. We were informed that the community rents their space out. There is one outdoor pickleball court for guests. There was a very pathetic volleyball court outdoors, which they opted not to try. This is not a hotel with amenities and there is nothing around it. Please read their website carefully before you book this place. Knowing all this I would never have booked.

Neat, clean, staff was personable. Only issue was the in unit fridge did not work. It was unplugged, so they knew about it.

Did not like the fact that outside area had no seating. Couldnt find anywhere to sit outside. No benches except out front of entrance. No place to sit and have a smoke in comfort.

Absolutely Disgusting and Unsafe – Avoid at All Costs This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was disgustingly dirty—the rugs in both rooms had horrible vomit stains that clearly hadn’t been cleaned. To make things worse, the doors didn’t even lock, which made us feel completely unsafe, both while sleeping and when leaving our belongings behind. The staff? Completely unprofessional and borderline rude. Instead of helping, they responded with sarcasm and attitude. Add to that a noisy environment all night long, and it’s hard to believe this place is still in business.

Sheets were stained, hair all over pillow cases.

The stay was really nice and comfortable. The dining options were good as well. Especially Chopped Steakhouse and Bar, fantastic food options there.

My wife and I booked this stay with the family we were visiting with because it the hotel has a water slide for our kids to play with. It wasn’t until we got there that we were told the water slide was only open during limited times, and that no adults could go on it, and only kids 48” or taller could go on it. This was very disappointing as it turned out none of the 8 of us could go on it. Was also disappointed the breakfast was so expensive. I was offered a discount of $24/person as opposed to full price at $26/person. That’s a ridiculous price for a very average breakfast buffet.

Hotel was great, conveniently located just off the 401. The gym facilities are top notch and the water slide for the kids was a bonus.
