Holiday Inn & Suites OSOYOOS by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Great view of the lake

Private Beach, pool, across from lake with nice walking trail and close to dining options. Beds softer than I prefer, but that is just my preference. Over all, good night stay. We were there only one night on route to another location.

The hotel was overall unclean, unkept,old and in poor physical condition. We were a family group that rented several different rooms and as a group we experienced unclean rooms, rooms were beat up, toilets in more than 3 different rooms plugged and overflowed in the BR floors, drains were clogged, bathrooms were small. In on room a portable A/C unit sat in the room with the vent hose running out the window?? On our last evening human feces appeared in the swimming pool where children had been in the water for over half an hour before it was noticed. At a cost of $265(taxes incl) per night I would not recomment or stay at this hotel again. Holdiday Inn..used to be first class but obviously not anymore! Too bad. IHG owns this hotel chain and gets a poor rating in my books and we have stayed in many many hotels over the years and rarely complain or give low ratings but this trip took the cake!

Check in was fine but staff very standoffish. Room definitely not worth the price and why is the sink, counter and mirror not in the washroom? So inconvenient. Restaurant hours ridiculous and over priced food - asked for caesar salad and given romaine lettuce with chipotle sauce lol. Would never go back or recommend to anyone! Better service and accommodations in motel in Princeton by far and half the price.

Rooms and bathrooms could be updated When booking a room for 4 or more people there should be sufficient towels, bedding for the pullout couch, and extra pillows. The Air-conditioning needs to be upgraded and a little more care in the cleaning

Nothing special but met all our needs.

The hotel is right beside the beach. It's clean and safe from boats and other watersports. It's a walkable distance from the town so you can leave you are in the parking garage. Definitely recommend.

Looks as though the hotel has seen better days . I have stayed at many Holiday Inn hotels around the world and this one is the worse

Room was ok breakfast was average good location.

Our room was not clean. No face clothes ripped towels. The room' needs remodeling badly. The food was not good. In the end they charged $50 to my credit card after our bill was paid in full by Expedia, when i contacted them they denied it. Unfortunately we will no longer stay at any holiday Inns in the future.

The room was only partially renovated. Beds were comfortable and fixtures in bathroom were new but finishing was not complete (eg modern sink but no counter, walls not painted). It was convenient to have a kitchenette area with second sink but it was very dated and full-sized fridge seemed out of place vs rest of the fixtures. The room was not accessible, long walk from elevator and some stairs so also inconvenient with large luggage. Very poor when compared with the room the rest of our party was staying in.

Not only was our room a HUGE disappointment, the hotel was not concerned at all about making it right since we booked with Expedia. On top of all that, a few items were left in the room and the hotel has made zero effort to locate or return them despite many calls with customer service. For the price we paid for our stay, I Highly do NOT recommend staying here or with Holiday Inn in general.

Great location right on the beach. Property is a little dated but the location makes it worth it

This hotel is in a very good location that makes it convenient to most things. The restaurant wasn’t open on Monday and Tuesday which was a disappointment. Rooms were really comfortable

Room outdated, bathroom unusable no room for anything, no towel bar, fridge is working but inside is broken and dirty. Balcony is dirty , cobwebs. Beach unkempt dirty. Would not recommend this place for anyone. It is not worthy fot the Holiday Inn name. For $350 a night I expected much better

Our check in was amazing. When we first arrived we were not happy with the room that we had booked but Aman went way beyond the call of duty and was able to put us in a better room with a great rate.

Close to everything.

The staff were very professional and friendly. Especially Harry who sorted out our room mess by Expedia in no time.The property could use some better renovation for the price you pay.
