It was SO HOT in the room. Easily 25+ Celsius each night. Thermostat did not work and the only solution provided by maintenance was to “leave the balcony door open”. Terrible when trying to sleep. Front deck staff and housekeeping were nice. Cosmos restaurant was good. Overall, clean hotel room and nice enough. Close to the mall. Unfortunately, would not stay again unless their heating/cooling issues were sorted.

We were a bit disappointed by our stay. The garage was filthy, the sink didn't drain well and front desk told us to walk in the rain to the gas station if we wanted bottled water because all their machines were out. Not impressed.
The room itself was ok and the location was convenient for us.

The room was at 26 degree, while set for 19 degree, even opening the window on a cool night reduced it to only 24.
But place is nice, staff was fast at réception. But when one person is already sleeping I could not request another room. So I am the one that could not sleep in the heat.
