Like: After we disembarked the cruise ship and arrived at the hotel early (around 9 AM). A hotel staff allowed us to temporarily store our luggage in a secured room (our check-in time was after 3 PM) before we checked out the city. It's helpful to have hotel staffs speaking English! Although our room facing the busy street, we did not hear any noise from the street. Our room was spacious and clean! The hotel located near a large shopping mall and big food court. So, it was a plus for us! There was a secured underground parking for cars without an extra parking fee! Not like: Our room was near the elevator and we could hear teenagers talking loud at night while they were waiting for the elevators. There was a lot of wall spaces in the bath room, but there was only one hook to hang the towels! There were four of us, so we had to hang our towels in the closet to dry out!

Everything was perfect except the front desk did not warn us about the garage was not suitable for suv cars. They told me it was fine to park in the garage and the top got scratched with the pipes in the garage ceiling.

It is a big hotel. The room is good, clean. The local is excellent near to the mall. There is a great japonese restaurant in the hotel. No breakfast. The pool is ok. I would stay there again.

Our stay in this hotel was not pleasant at all! We moved to a different room every night cause there was always a problem. We couldn’t shut off the shower, the bathroom ceiling was licking water from the bathroom above us. Aside from that, the beds are not comfortable and the pillows are not comfortable either. It was not easy to move from one bedroom to another bedroom through our stay. We were hoping for a comfortable and peaceful stay but we did not get that. I will not recommend this hotel at all and i will never stay in this hotel again. It’s horrible!!

Overall good hotel in an excellent location. Large variety of dining options within walking distance along with a big mall across the street. We come here for the location and indoor pool but this time found it to be too busy. During this stay, many guests did not have proper bathing suits (wearing tshirt and shorts). It would be nice to have more rules and enforce them around pool usage.
