Stayed here with my family for one night. I hesitated a bit before booking because of some recent negative reviews. We still went ahead and our experience was really good. Our room was in the renovated area. It was more spacious than other hotels we stayed in within the same price range. The indoor pool was an additional perk for my kids. Breakfast was also really good. We really liked the food choices. Of course, there's nothing perfect in this world. Only thing we found unsatisfactory was the shower. It took a really long time for the water to get warm enough to comfortably bathe in. And the water pressure was also weaker than normal. Maybe it was only in our room, not sure. We'll still stay again here in the future if we visit Victoriaville again.

I arrived at 2 PM with my two young children and asked for an early check-in. I was told there were absolutely no rooms available, and even the manager confirmed this. However, when they saw I was clearly unhappy, they suddenly said I could get a room immediately — but only if I paid an additional fee. This was extremely disappointing and felt very unfair.
To make matters worse, the parking lot was in terrible condition with large potholes that damaged my car. Overall, a very poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms really needs to be upgraded. The pool area too! Parking lot not well maintained ( winter). The pool was cold and hot tub out of order. Staff was very ok. Breakfast very good.

I was underwhelmed by my stay here at the Hotel Le Victorin. The room I was in was large but the feel of the room was not very comfortable. Layout was oddly done and lightning was very dim. I had an issue my second night with the front desk coming to my room and telling me I was not supposed to be in this room. They came to my door and woke me up, so I was not happy and even rude because of howe they approached me. Since then my door key never worked and things were just awkward. I will not be staying here on any return trips. There are better options nearby.
