Friendly & helpful staff. Upgraded our room for a better view of river, helped us to find free parking as their lot was full …. And not plowed (too much snow).
Room key on phone app is innovative but not supper convenient.
Pretty hotel with beautiful artwork.

Everything about the hotel was perfect. Free parking. Well located. I had a great view of Cathedral and river. Very comfortable bed. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Lovely breakfast too. Going back for sure!!

I would recommend staying here if you want to enjoy the city life. Their gym is sparse, but their beds are very comfortable and there are good restaurants nearby. I wish they cleaned the room daily, but I have not seen that service in many Canadian hotels so maybe it is just my American bias.

On a apprécier l'ensemble de notre court sejour, on a juste deplorer le fait que notre chambre netait pas pret a 16h45 lorsqu'on est arriver sur les lieux nous sommes donc aller ailleurs au lieux de profiter de notre chambre d'hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The free breakfast is delicious (freshly cooked eggs with bacon and potatoes and not a continental breakfast like we are used to in most hotel that offers freed breakfast). Our room was really clean with a kitchenette, which was really convenient.

Our family travelled with us and despite requesting handicapped access rooms the hotel does not have ANY, they changed rooms twice until we finally had to book another hotel for them.
Our room was acceptable, the bathroom needs major improvements.
The staff were all great and the breakfast was delicious.
