Wonderful front desk staff/ cleaning staff.
The room was dated but clean.
The only issue was a really hard bed & extra hard pillows. My son and I had an awful sleep. Barely slept at all was so uncomfortable, The toilet in our room was also running and very loud all night.

All of the windows in the hotel are completely filled with condensation and completely fogged up. You cannot see outside. The tap in my sink sprayed all over, the bedside light did not work properly. The room was noisy and breakfast stops service at 9am. I asked for an iron and ironing board to be brought to my room, however they did not bring me one.
