A notch above dump. Dirty hotel, excessive mold and fungus growing inside windows, also condensation, so you can barely see out. Everything is dirty.

portable internal air condition set in room, large tube through window, no hair dryer, no kleenex, lack of basics, fire alarm kept going off when opened bathroom door after shower and were told it happens often, no parking when we arrived, difficult to check in with one space on street, building outside not clean

The morning breakfast was laid out very nicely, clean, warm staff. The room was not good, window large crack right across the one side, you could even feel the crack from the inside, the fan that was hanging from the wall was filthy, didnt want to turn it on to have the dirt fly off. When i told the night (man) reception about the broken window and if he knew about it he said he did, then said nothing , i couldnt believe they would give us a room like that

All of the windows in the hotel are completely filled with condensation and completely fogged up. You cannot see outside. The tap in my sink sprayed all over, the bedside light did not work properly. The room was noisy and breakfast stops service at 9am. I asked for an iron and ironing board to be brought to my room, however they did not bring me one.
