Staff is so helpful and courteous. They assisted all the needs i had. This is the only place i choose to stay when visiting. Clean, sanitized, and comfortable.

I booked a queen room for two weeks but they nicely upgraded my room to a king suite with chimney!
Michelle and her manager were outstanding and helped me a lot during my stay. They were very attentive to me.
Location is very fantastic if your planning to go to downtown, just 30 min drive. Otherwise you can easily use public transportation. Cleaning is done every day, unless not required.
Hotel is the smallest of the Monte Carlo Inns locations from what I was told, but I found that very cozy. Breakfast area is small, but you can have what you need to be on the go.
Would definitely come back!

Nice property and priced right but dirty. Parked onsite to find mattress in dumpster that looks stained with bedbugs. Room itself was ok but sheets were dirty and had not been changed. We stay at the Monte Carlo’s when we’re in Toronto but first time at this location… somewhat disappointed compared to other locations. Also TV did not work for streaming or PPV. When asked the staff just said to go to the channels.

Room extremely small. Towels like sandpaper. Breakfast was almost nonexistent. (Hard boiled eggs, toast and muffins. Not even yogurt!

Staff friendly they offered Taxi to airport for good price room was clean, breakfast was satisfied so I will come back again. I would recommend this hotel.

The rooms are very cramped with furniture with no space to walk which is my biggest complaint. The soap toiletries by the sink were empty. The room wasn't very clean.The breakfast buffet is not great (very minimal fruit). The staff is nice. There is lots of parking space.

It is a two-star level hotel, the breakfast is provided, but very limited options and no space for breakfast. It is good for singles who are looking for a place to sleep. The room has no windows thus no fresh air. However, I think one shouldn't complain too much since you got what you paid. If you are travel with a family, i would recommend to pay $50-100 more for an alternative.

Security was lacking in the parking area. Signs clearly stated the hotel was not responsible for theft.Having a vehicle stolen once in Toronto makes me jittery. Perhaps an over reaction but if there was a gate it feels safer. The staff were lovely. The stairwells clean and well lit. The room was great. Good value.

The hotel wasn't in the best neighborhood. The lobby is very small and the hallway down to the room was reminiscent of a dark basement corridor. The room itself was much better. The bathroom Reno, at first glance was very nice, but quite an awful job with spaces between the floor and walls and missing grout. Was concerned about his though I didn't see any. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Checkout was very easy. Breakfast was very much lacking and I'm the tonight area I've ever seen. I just had today and stopped somewhere else for the great is my breakfast. No hot tub or pool so not great amenities for the price.

The room is in the basement with no windows, its smells terrible and no WIFI which they advertise as FREE. Problem might be the basement I'm in. Not even for free would I ever stay here again.
