Great comfortable place in Prince Rupert. Early check-in, and got a room with an ocean view. Staff were all friendly and helpful.
2 recommendations for improvements:
1. Wipe the dust/grime off the bathroom fan regularly. That one issue makes a bad impression and it’s been mentioned in other reviews.
2. Stop watering down the breakfast juice and coffee. The cranberry juice seemed about 60/40 water/juice and the coffee was very weak—hardly drinkable but we went back and made great coffee in our room using the supplied local coffee. This diluted juice issue has also been mentioned in other reviews. The waffles, however, were wonderful and we had all we needed for breakfast.
Other than the issues I have mentioned, we were very pleased with our hotel choice.

No issues with the accommodations and they look directly out to the waterways for all the rooms. I was a late arrival off the ferry and checkin was quick and easy.

Staff members are efficient and courteous. Rooms are moderately sized but nice and very clean. Lovely breakfast bar. Easy walk to a shopping centre.

Room needed painted at minimum damage was obvious. Had a king room but only had queen pillows so huge issue as may as well been in a queen. Just very dated and needs a good deal of work. Staff were indifferent to issue book in was not great is not up to Prestige Hotel standard. Reminded me of a no name Motel.

The only thing Prestige about this place is the name. Reception was distracted and difficult to understand. The room was average at best. The choices for tv channels was useless. The breakfast area was the same as other places we stayed for half the price.

I arrived super late from the ferry… and I left early for the train. When I had arrived, I was a little stoked on the fact that they offer breakfast… but in the morning I just had coffee. All they offer is bread/bagels/waffles… not for me.
