Stayed in the train car. Temp was good after turning on heat, clean, fun. Liked it.

The staff were great , nice property The bed was terrible, sunk in the middle the pillows were like sleeping on a bag of concrete. We stay at this hotel at least 4 times a year . Bed were so bad not sure I will stay again . I let the staff at the front desk know , we were told hope next time the bed will be better

The premier suite was not worth the money. Room was old- no black out curtains so was awake at 5am. Noisy cause is was right beside the stairs. Dirty and dusty around the night stands. Would definitely not stay here again.

The property is well kept and the rooms were big and clean. The staff at the reception desk were very welcoming and helpful. Good service in the lounge.

Very good ambiance! Luxurious feel, love the train motif(is next to the train museum). Nice pool and hot tub, cafe and restaurant on site. The staff were very friendly, helpful and courteous! Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend and will stay again!

At checkout the lady didn’t ask how I wanted to pay and just charged my card when I wanted to pay debit. Checking in was a bit of a mess as well, they sent us to one room that was occupied and had to move us, the back and forth was a bit annoying.

Was fine …. Not fantastic. Vending machines were broken. No food or snacks at front desk Water in bathroom and showers smelt like earth.

The hotel looked very nice and the room was spacious and clean. The beds are what led to the 3 stars, they were so uncomfortable, the bed sheets were so loud, if you were in a two bed room, like we were, the person in the other bed was afraid to move around or shift because the sheets were so loud. There is a pretty big gap under the hallway door that let in a lot of light pollution and noise. Not sure what room/floor it was coming from but the neighboring room was loud after 10pm. The air was so dry we got up multiple times in the night to drink water and put chapstick on on lips and noses. If you are from the states the hotel desk does ask for a card on file for incidentals, even though the room was paid through Expedia, BUT if you use a debit card they’ll put a $300.00 hold and a $50.00 with a credit card so just be aware. The restaurant in the hotel building closes at 9pm, we stood at the doors where it says to wait to be seated, at 8:35pm, just wanted something simple after driving for 3 1/2hrs the staff saw us and yet never came up to talk to us or to even turn us away. We had to get back in the car and go find other options for food. We tried the restaurant again the next day for breakfast and everything was delicious, the Egg Benedict was good but something happened in the kitchen and it ended up not coming out until about 15 mins after everyone else’s food.

Great property, clean rooms and lots of food options nearby and in the hotel. The gym is incredible!

We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and the restaurants. Service washer too.
