Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport

Stayed there for two nights it was a great experience there.

Booked this airport shuttle because it advertised a free airport shuttle service included with the room. Upon checking in and trying to book said shuttle service, was told it does not operate on holidays. Asked where this policy was stated and was told it is not shown anywhere, they just verbally tell you when you get there. Defeated the whole purpose of booking this hotel in the first place. Asked what we should do and how they could help, was told to just book an Uber and deal with it ourselves. Very disappointed in the staff and false advertising of a free shuttle.

Was great for a close to the airport stay. The shuttle was very nice to have. Staff were very friendly.

The facilities were really good and reception staffs were also kind.

Great hotel. Beds are comfortable and the hotel is decorated nicely. We didn’t use the pool or work out room but they both looked really nice. We dined at the restaurant and it was very good. We would definitely go back!

The room was very comfortable view from room to outside very enjoy fully and bed is very comfortable

Hot water didn’t work most of the time we were there. Room service took our breakfast order and forgot about us and we had to call and re order after waiting 45 minutes. Restaurant abs breakfast was less than average.

Amazing check-in experience. Room is sparkling clean and staff is super accommodating.

We rented a room with capacity of 38 guests and we also book an overnight stay which is fantastic to stay. We appreciated the hospitality and nice service of hotel. Foods also are fantastic. Thank you

Hotel was close to airport and clean

I booked a stay in the hotel for Valentine’s Day and stayed for 3days. Housekeeping was terrible, me and my husband went somewhere and left the hotel at 2pm and was hoping our room will be cleaned because we put the tag on the door saying we need a housekeeper to change our duvet. However, when we came back our bed wasn’t clean at all so I called the Front Desk but the lady said housekeeping is done at 4pm and was telling me that i should have called first if i wanted someone to clean our room. Like I’ve been booking hotels and I never had experienced this kind of problem, if I wanted my room clean I just need to put the tag on and housekeeping will make sure our room is clean. So I don’t understand and I am very disappointed.
