Very friendly

There was a celebration party in place when I checked in at the hotel. Was told the room was made up. To my horror, the beds were not looking great. I took pictures of the so called made up beds to the reception. The guy there was leaning one arm against the desk and other hand fiddling with a set of keys. I showed him the pictures and he told me the bedsheets material are meant to be wrinkled. Was not interested at all to help solve the issue. I thought I could sleep there for the night. However when I inspected the bed before climbing in, I saw bad stain marks on the bedsheets. By this time it was close to midnight and new staff were at the counter. He apologised and gave me a set of fresh bedding. I lead him to the bed to show him the stains and he took pictures of them. The following morning when I spoke to the Manager, she refused to refund my payment stating it was a non refundable booking. However my complaint was due to the poor service and state of the bed. They tried to offer me free breakfast and money off vouchers but I have no plans to return to the hotel. The hotel does not value customers as I was not the only one making a complaint on the day. The receptionist lied when he told me the bed was ready when quite frankly，the bedding was not changed after the previous customer. I honestly don't know how this hotel can be classed as a 4 star hotel. Couldn’t even provide a kettle and allowed kids from the party running and screaming along the corridor at 10pm.

Room maintenance could be updated and fixed up better, shower heads leaked but over all comfortable and clean

Place was clean and quiet and staff was friendly.

It was worst experience in my entire life , i spend two days in a hotel. Room was nice but some of lights were not working in a room some working but they blink it. I asked for house keeping but nobody came to clean up my room

My first choice hotel in Calgary

Only thing I didn't like was having to have my room checked out in the morning to get my deposit back. At 80 years old and feeble I didn;t think they would think I would trash the place or steal the beds.

Is a good choice if your are flying out of YYC early in the morning

Very friendly staff, Clean rooms, great steak dinner at their restaurant and great value for their continental breakfast ($16).

They blamed Expedia, but I have no idea who was to blame, but they couldn't find my reservation. They managed to get me a room, but it took ages. Then the pool didn't ever seem to have towels. To top it off, there was a condom wrapper in the floor of the room. Not impressed.

Always enjoy our stay… and the restaurant at the Radisson!!
