Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport

The people at the front desk were very courteous. The room was roomy and very clean. This hotel was a definite 10! .

Too many negative things to report. Do not reco this hotel. CheckIN - Room was not ready. I arrived almost 8 hours after checkin time at 11pm. Room - Linen was dirty, washrooms dirty, table tops were not wiped Carpet - cigarette burn marks all over the floors The list goes on and one.. Positive - The staff were really nice people and wanted to help. They were very understaffed.

The property is new, clean and has great amenities. Close to the airport make it easy to make an early flight.

Beautiful

Room was spacious and clean. Pool was filthy, bloody bandaids, hair and other garbage all over the deck. Mould growth on the water slide stairs, pretty gross. Be aware that this place has a conference centre under the 2nd floor rooms. The bass was so loud from a party until 11pm. The room was shaking and was told nothing could be done. Will never stay here again.

We had a very late check-in as our flight was delayed three times. I called ahead and let them know and the guy was super friendly and said no worries at all.

A nice hotel. There was a problem with the WiFi, but they got it fixed in a timely manner. The staff is very friendly and aim to please. I had no problem getting an early check-in and late check-out.

Great hotel, close to the airport with shuttle.

I booked something last minute near the airport as I had a long layover. Before booking, however, I contacted the hotel to make sure I could get an early check in for 1 o’clock. The man I spoke to basically told me he could guarantee to get me in a room by 1PM, but to make the reservation first and then call back so they could put a note on my file. I made sure it was okay I made this booking through Expedia, which he said was fine. When I called back to have the note put on the file, he couldn’t see my reservation yet, but said to call back in a little bit. When I called back, I spoke to a woman who would not let me speak, and kept cutting me off very time I tried to speak. She basically said she couldn’t guarantee an early check in and still couldn’t see my reservation. Our conversation finished, and I ended up calling back to ask another question, only for her to pick up the phone, and hang up on me. This lady was very rude. Fast forward to check in day, I was able to get in at 1 like they said which was great. We get to our room to relax, and luckily we were there just to get some sleep. The counter in the bathroom felt grimy, you could see stains on the tables next to the bed as if there were sticky cans left there for days. I ended up taking a Lysol wipe and wiping down the surfaces. We ended up getting something to quick and laid down to nap. But were woken up not once, but twice by the staff. Never again.

This hotel is close to the airport so makes for a great stay for an early morning flight. The hotel is nice inside, good bed, we received a complimentary upgrade with a great view of the city. The grounds could use some work and the room had a few corners that could be scrubbed. The TV was very difficult to find the channels available.

I would say it was one of the best hotel I stayed at. We extended our stay but unfortunately I am NOT happy with only one hard working lady in the receptionist in the morning. There was an older caucasian men who just stand there and doing nothing. I was standing at the front desk, he wont greet me nor help me out while the lady receptionist is busy helping the guest. And when she finally helped me, then all of the sudden the old men talking and greeting the other guest! I felt discriminated!!! It happened three times! When I checked-in first time, Extended our stay, and when we check-out! We just walked out pissed of. We had an amazing time and everything was wonderful until you encounter a person who will ruin your experience and seem he does not want to work. He will be better to work at night and guard the main door standing doing nothing! He just ruined everything!!!

This hotel was very reasonably priced. We were a little skeptical of its location, not having been there before. We were pleasantly surprised by its neat and modern interior. Very spacious rooms. Restaurant was very good. Staff were very friendly. Thank you for the great accommodations!

The rooms were supposed to have water bottles but in neither of my stays found one. No disinfectant at the gym even though they have big sign asking people to use it. No towels at pool. Although water bottles were expected at least drinking fountain (save the environment) should be available in common areas.
