Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre Calgary Airport

Hotel was nice but door to bathroom would not stay closed. Zero privacy for bathroom use. Didnt have another room to swap us. That shouldnt happen

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Nice hotel. Room service was ok. I ordered lunch for my daughter and I and it took close to an hour to get to our room. Breakfast was $16 but it was good.

Our overall experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement, especially regarding the bathrooms—the shower didn’t work well, and the water pressure was quite low, and flow was slow. Service and staff responsiveness could also be better. We had requested an early check-in at the time of booking, and when we called ahead, we were told we could check in at 11 a.m. and that our room would be ready. However, when we arrived at 12:40 p.m., the room still wasn’t prepared. We were asked to wait another 20 minutes, and 30 minutes later, we were told to wait another 10 minutes before being given a different room instead.

The property grounds were dirty, garbage in the parking lot. The staff made you feel like you were inconveniencing them. Rooms were clean.

Check in was easy and smooth. Front desk agents were great to deal with and the room was clean and very spacious. Ordered from xs lounge and it was overpriced, and restaurant had people's left over plates still on tables. Bar area was the same. Ice machine wasn't working. Pool was warmer than normal ones so that was good, but they had swimming lessons going on there. Was strange to say the least and could only use half the pool. Lots of people sitting in the chairs watching their kids swim.

Too many negative things to report. Do not reco this hotel. CheckIN - Room was not ready. I arrived almost 8 hours after checkin time at 11pm. Room - Linen was dirty, washrooms dirty, table tops were not wiped Carpet - cigarette burn marks all over the floors The list goes on and one.. Positive - The staff were really nice people and wanted to help. They were very understaffed.

Well maintained and clean with accommodating staff

The property is new, clean and has great amenities. Close to the airport make it easy to make an early flight.

Beautiful

Room was spacious and clean. Pool was filthy, bloody bandaids, hair and other garbage all over the deck. Mould growth on the water slide stairs, pretty gross. Be aware that this place has a conference centre under the 2nd floor rooms. The bass was so loud from a party until 11pm. The room was shaking and was told nothing could be done. Will never stay here again.

We had a very late check-in as our flight was delayed three times. I called ahead and let them know and the guy was super friendly and said no worries at all.
