Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Shuttle from and to the airport very convenient and quick. Excellent overnight stay for an early flight.

Room was clean. Staff were friendly. Nice hotel. Room service was ok. I ordered lunch for my daughter and I and it took close to an hour to get to our room. Breakfast was $16 but it was good.

Review of Our Stay
We stayed for two nights, and upon arrival, the weather was very rainy and quite chilly. During check-in, we noticed a coffee stand with a coffee maker in the reception area. After completing check-in, we went to get coffee only to find that there was no coffee available. We inquired at the reception, and they informed us that the coffee maker was broken and that a replacement would be provided.
About an hour later, when we returned to get coffee, the same receptionist told us again that the coffee maker was still broken, despite having promised a replacement. The following morning, there was still no coffee, and the machine remained broken. When we checked out, the coffee maker was still out of order, and no coffee was available throughout our stay.
It would have been appreciated if the staff had taken better steps to ensure guest comfort, such as providing an alternative or repairing the coffee maker promptly.

The room i was checked in was filthy. Couple of cup marks on the table are still visible. Loud noise I heard early in the morning and I woke up with the noise like rocks banging in the first floor. It was pricey but not even basic inclusion of complimentary breakfast in this property. Staffs are unknowledgeable. Forgot to take photos of cup marks on the table. Although its closer to the airport but transportation is not convenient and accessible though. When we ask the staffs what time is the shuttle, she is unsure. Not a good stay though.
