We couldn't sleep because of the noise outside from the other guests gathering outside my room. And the hotel doesn't have toothbrushes and toothpaste.

It was a quick stay so I don’t have a lot to review other than the ice machine on our floor was broken so I had to go looking for another one and the door on the main floor was had this horrible screech so loud you could hear it across the whole lobby. I would suggest fixing it asap otherwise it’s a nice little hotel

Room was good with nice beds. Restaurant was very tasty and service was quick and efficient.

Mattress are worn out , i checked inn at 1.30am post midnight and it took them almost 40 mins to check inn Fire alarm went off at 6am , everyone was out of the hotel and there was no justification as to what bad happen or apology for a fake alarm Mattress is finished the spring of that mattress was almost popping out of the bed Heated tiles weren’t working Overall a very rundown property which needs a lot of attention from staff to remake of the rooms

Best hotel we've stayed at hands down. Spacious, comfortable, luxury sofa, lots of TV channels unbelievably bathroom and shower, heated bathroom floor. And the price ... excellent!! Only drawback, no room microwave. Each floor has one at tbe elevators with snack machines. But they have fridge and cooffee makers in the rooms. Plus airport shuttle! Will absolutely return.

Great room and comfortable beds. Not a fan that they had swim lessons in the hotel pool. Pushed everyone else into a quarter of the pool. We mainly came to let our kids swim and it sucked that it was limited, especially when you pay so much money to stay.

The Hotel is very nice and clean. Check in was slow but they were having technical difficulties so not their fault. Room spacious and bed comfortable. If you are a family booking this hotel hoping to use the pool DONT!! they rent the pool for swimming lessons and so more then half the pool isn't available. Both times we went down to swim we had this problem. Our kids pretty much had to play at the bottom of the slide. Plus to get out you have to walk through the swim lessons to get to the stairs...kinda awkward and I could tell the instructors were annoyed. So do not book this hotel based on the fact it has a pool. They should really advertise this because it would have changed my choice in hotel. Other than the pool issues I think the hotel was nice.

There is nothing for power back-up. I stayed more than 3 hours without any lights not only in rooms but also in lobby and walk way

the room were not clean, all the counter top was not clean from before i arrived. the bed make my wife itchy all night. the room 328 i stay in were by the elevator, so noisy.

Staff was not good.

Main entrance to the hotel is not obvious from the road. Elevator smelled like stale beer, room wasn’t great (dirty walls, hair in the shower, unknown substance on mirror). The temperature was also set to heat (in the summer) so the room was so hot even when the thermostat was adjusted. At least the floor and bed were clean and the staff at the desk were nice when checking in.

This place definitely was expensive for what you got. The room was ok, but certainly shows a lack of maintenance on the part of management. Light bulbs burnt out, the bench you are supposed to put your luggage on was filthy, as was the chair in the room, peeling wallpaper etc. We also had a fire alarm in the middle of the night, at 1am standing in a parking lot for 45 minutes with absolutely no updates from the hotel as to what was going on. At check out they blamed it on someone smoking in their room, which shouldn't result in a full building evacuation and taking so long to resolve. All in all, a disappointing stay with unhelpful staff.

The hotel was great. Very clean and modern. The room was huge. I did request an airport pickup and the bus never showed up.

The room was beautiful and tastefully decorated. It was extremely quiet! It was very spacious.
