Everything is so convenient, there is extra parking attached to the mall which is attached to the hotel. You bring the ticket to the front desk and they take care of any parking charges from the mall parking. It’s got a really big and deep pool. Rooms have balconies and patios. Buffet breakfast in the morning. Close to everything in Sudbury. Great place to stay

Great value. Complimentary breakfast at in site restaurant. Thick towels, fridge, microwave and coffee centre in room. Beds are comfortable, lots of usb ports and plug ins for electronics. Great water pressure in the shower too!

We were there for just a night, but the front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. Parking can be tight, could be better signage from parking garage to inside the hotel. We were walking distance from our concert venue, very convenient location.

Rented two rooms from there for the family. Walked into one room and it smelled of food like someone just ate in there. There was food all over the chairs and floor, heater was broken and it was freezing in the room. They say there is sound proof walls but we heard our neighbors like normal walls. Told the front desk at check out how gross the rooms were and didn't even receive a discount. Will NOT stay there again. So gross.

Horrible area of town. Not soundproof, could hear everything in the rooms. The free breakfast was horrible,. grease upon grease upon grease, not even juice offered. Room was either way too hot or freezing cold and the fridge was so noisy.

No hot tub with the pool. The hot tub was there, or at least the remains of one, but it was converted to a planter and covered up.
Room felt cool. The heater couldn't warm up the room enough. Fridge was not cool enough. Area was sketchy.

I would love to give 10 out of 10 for this place, the staff was really excellent, rooms were nice enough, hot breakfast and parking garage were included and price was already very reasonable. Pool was pretty big too. and personally, I like downtown Sudbury. My only real complaint is property and facilities. My key card didn't work for many entrances and exits and the change rooms in the pool area were pretty poorly kept. Lots of things empti, missing or broken. That said, I'd stay here again with my kids for sure. It would just be nice if some.of the facilities were maintained a little better. Pesto's onsite restaurant was good too. 8.5 out of 10 over all.

The lobby is a homeless shelter people so high that they can’t get up 3 stairs to make it to the free coffee. Not safe at all. The hotel desk reprogrammed my key just by me walking up and saying a room number. Didn’t check Id or even confirm a name. I’ll never go back again I’ll sleep in my car before I visit this place again. The mall it’s attached to is almost completely vacant and seems to just be a warming centre for the crisis situation downtown Sudbury is in.
