The staff are amazing very kind and helpful. Parking was in a parking garage but is free (they give you a card at check in with in and out privileges) and has direct access to the hotel. Very busy hotel with families and construction workers. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Pool was great. Pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Lots of noise but slept with sound machine. Would stay again. Rooms are a bit dated but very clean. Fridge worked great.

The hotel looks like it was spectacular at one point. Unfortunately it has not aged well and is overdue for updating and maintenance. Better training of staff and more attention to detail would go a long way and make the stay more enjoyable.
The good: the pool is great. Common areas are fairly well kept. Staff are courteous. Location is convenient for many tpurist activities in Sudbury.
The bad: parking is awful. Bad enough that, on it's own that would keep me from booking here again. A brief explanation of parking by staff would help a bit, but it would still suck.
The mediocre: breakfast was okay. Staff were a bit pushy, often navigating through people as opposed to walking the longer way around. Eggs were okay the first day, very bad the second. Best described as 'needing improvement'.
The worse: room smelled awful. Beds were worn out, squeaky and uncomforable. Housekeeping was lacking - I'd rather have none than some quick and half-arsed bed making (see picture).
If all you care about is a pool and any place to sleep, this is for you. If you desire comfort, look elsewhere.

Room 336 was disgusting. Smelled like rancid dry dog food. Carpet is matted in the room, the hallways and especially the elevator. I slept on top of the sheets with my own bedding. I wanted a refund for my 4 night stay as soon as I got there and saw the place but it was refused as they said it was prepaid and non-refundable. How anyone can stay here willingly is beyond me.

The room was decent. The furniture was worn out. Our chair had a huge rip in it. Room was clean but needs updating. We jeard doors slamming all night and other patrons were loud. Breakfast was a typical hot breakfast and was well stocked. We had no issues with finding parking. Pool was nice. More chairs for sitting around the pool would be nice. We would book this hotel again.

The hotel staff didn’t let me check in because they said they don’t accept debit cards for incidental deposits. After waiting for over two hours I had to go and get another hotel to stay.

Check in they did not have the correct room. Was told Expedia users don't get the Good rooms. First room was disgusting. Hair in bed and stains all over furniture.
Second room not much better. Paid for 2 doubles got a queen and a soiled pull out couch.
Front desk was no help
Breakfast was disgusting. Powdered eggs, horrible coffee and some disgusting looking ham.
Outside are room window crackheads outside all night!
I will never book another hotel through Expedia again. Hotel service was horrible!

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Extremely limited parking due to a construction company that had taken up the majority of the parking lot that was roped off just for them. The area itself is horrible with homeless and drug addicts in your backyard. Not a place that I would recommend the young people or women to be walking alone at night. The food is not very good. The service was very pleasant, but the dining room is not a place I would eat again.
The rooms were clean, but the carpets both in the elevator, and on the floors in the halls, pretty dirty . It just looks like they haven’t put the money into upkeep.

This hotel is in need of work. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. Rust spots behind the bathroom door were unsightly. All in all being a Radisson hotel I was expecting a better quality of room. Disappointed instead. ☹️
