It’s a very nice hotel for the price. The ppl is nice and warm and the hot tub is great. The area around the hotel is a bit sketchy but it’s a short drive to get to a nice shopping.

It was unlike any Ramada I have ever stayed in. The outside looked ok but the room was not clean
Spider web in corner behind door in bathroom. Spider had captured a bug. Breakfast was bare minimum, and no food to supply what ran out.. It appeared to be a remodeled old motel

Old wrinkled flooring, poor curtains, light under the door, it felt old and tired. Why give us a bad room if you have renovated ones? Limited linens, and room cleanup was minimal between nights. It was clean!

I read the reviews while I waited to check in and they were not good. However I did not find it bad. They are doing Reno and it is an old building. The rooms were clean. They were definitely outdated but the shower pressure and heat was good and the ac worked. For a low cost place to stay and sleep not bad at all.

This hotel was a grave disappointment. It's standards are way below any former Ramada I have ever stsyed in. Insufficient towels in the room, a spider web in corner behind bathroom door, no elevator which made it difficult for seniors. Will NOT stay here again or reccomend it.

Where do I even start. The ceiling was stained and patched and the rest of the room went downhill from there. Sink was not in the bathroom but instead located in the bedroom with a carpet underneath. One towel for my wife and I to share. Racoon looking in on us from the roof but it had the good sense to leave. Mattress was the lowest possible quality. Thought that since this was a Ramada by Wyndham that there would be a least a minimum level of quality but I was wrong. Never again.

The carpet and sofa chair need to changed because it’s very old:.more repairs in the premises .. example AC isn’t working good, something wrong with the paucet …need to have ramp because need of the luggages…the hot tub massage needs to be checked as well..treadmill is t working too…

This hotel is extremely old. The bed was terrible. It was noisy. I felt unsafe. The ceiling was patched everywhere. The shower was terrible and barely rinsed my hair. The fan was dirty. I don’t mind old hotels if they are maintained and taken care of. I actually prefer them for the rooms have more room, this place was just run down and neglected.

Location was perfect for us on our way to Vancouver island the next day. Breakfast bar is always a plus for us.
No elevator is a negative especially for seniors with luggage for an extended trip. This needs to be in advertising!
Luckily front desk staff was able to change our room to ground floor.

Do not book this property, it's dirty, old and overpriced. The breakfast is a joke, no juice or water and really limited. The rooms are very old and run down, AC unit didn't work. It's clear this property is neglected
