Very quiet, nice soft bed and great service.

Our stay was good. We didn't expect much and we found the place clean and good for a one night stay. IT is nice to have the breakfast included. The lakeview was a good way to enjoy the room.

Reported issue with bathroom door sticking in our room. Also twice when using washroom on Level 1 - no toilet paper.

Had a huge spider near the window in my room. The cleaning staff are very noise- no luck sleeping in after 8am.

It was very humid in the room had smell of it and the sheets where humid also

Not good value. TV is poor.

No shelf in the shower, everything had to lay on the floor, no toiletries in bathroom, got no sleep because of the noisy frdge, no A/C control, bathroom door stopper not installed correctly, second room card never worked. I Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!!

It was quiet and comfortable.

We were lied about the outdoors pool being open. We made sure to call before and they assured that it would be open. We asked several times if it would really open and every time they said yes in a few hours. We left the hotel and it never opened. The water was green and the floor was brown. Very disappointed.

The hotel was nice, very accessible to the city. Amazing view from our room. However the door keys didn’t work well, and the breakfast option wasn't good.

This is a 3-star hotel so if you go expecting more, you will be disappointed. Rooms are outdated and need renovating. No AC control in the room, there’s a thermostat, but no control so they decide. No fan in the bathroom so odors don’t exit the room unless you open the door, same for shower steam (very bad for the walls). Got the junior suite and it’s essentially a studio apartment with a living room area and a large TV and a king bed so was very pleased, but a sink in the “kitchen” would be great as the only source of water is the bathroom sink which is low and didn’t output very cold water. Outdoor pool was out of order after day 2 and indoor pool wasn’t but looked very dirty. They closed the slide because it’s not safe (according to guests who were talking about it, didn’t confirm). We didn’t use either, there are a bunch of lakes not too far which is probably why you’re visiting the area. Area is convenient enough, there’s a mall about 15 minutes north and Sandbanks, Picton, and all that about 30 minutes south through backroads (the highway is essentially a large backroad). Staff was great, nothing bad to say here. They say it’s a continental breakfast and I’m not sure of the definition, but there’s an omelette station, waffle station and everything else. Tbh, there’s a lot bad to say, but it was an ok place to stay at a reasonable price that had AC in a heat wave so I’m not mad about it, just wanted everyone who considers staying there to know what to expect.

It’s well located and is very quiet in the evening. Cleaning of the room was haphazard. Sometimes bed was made. We never had two bath towels, 2 hand towels and two facecloths. If a dirty towel was taken out by cleaning staff it wasn’t replaced. The breakfasts are terrible.

Outdoor swimmingpool closed. I chosed the hotel 2 months ago an Got a message 5 days before arrival That it was closes. Breakfast was disgusting. No bacon nor saussages. Coffee made of powder. I strongly reccomend another hotel

Location is good and staff was friendly/helpful. It’s an older/outdated building but this is ok. They need to improve cleaning of all spaces, including bedrooms and common areas

Air Conditioning needs to be fixed…we were on the top floor and our room was very hot

Liked nothing. Bugs in ice bucket in room. Air conditioning did not work properly. Veranda on room dirty. Rugs in elevator needed vacuumed. Toilet ran all night. Not sound proof room could even hear person in next room sneeze and Every wood they were saying. Pool had no sun umbrella and no lounge pool chairs. Games room musty smell. Poor breakfast rate it a 2 plastic forks that break when you try to eat with them so cheep. Just overall not up to Ramada standard. Not to mention 3 guys smoking weed at guest entrance with car blocking entrance to guests.

What you pay is what you get. Don't be fooled by the nice pictures of the property. This hotel is not well maintained. From the outside to the inside. The thermostat in the room is broken on purpose (in both rooms) so that we cannot set the temperature. It was warm in the room and there is nothing we could do about it. Breakfast is included, if you like eggs three ways (boiled, plain omelet, and baked), then this hotel is for you. No other meat protein. The only so-so option was the waffle. Continental breakfast at its best. Kudos to the staff at the front desk. Friendly and helpful. That's the two stars was for.
