Itchy after sleeping in the bed

super nice rooms but no continental breakfast. convenient though and right by downtown & the mall

We had the loft with 2 queen size beds. Our kids liked the loft. Rooms were big, the beds were super uncomfortable in our room. Our bed dipped in the middle, you could feel the springs, but the pillows were great. Our fan for the ceiling had so much dust on it when we turned it on it dusted our bed and the couch. The tv were small, and the bathroom was very drabby, with bathroom fan being so loud we didn’t want to turn on the light because it was so loud. Also we travelled with our service dog in training for our daughter who is a person with disabilities she is 11, we were in the pool and they tried to have our dog leave as he was on the pool deck watching her, which is allowed in the service dog world. Our dog was not swimming in the pool. I was asked by a young employee who didn’t know the service dog rules, and needed to ask his manager. He came back and still asked us to leave. I asked if I could speak to the manager and I was greeted with 2 people who didn’t know the rules either. I politely shared with them the rules and regulations of service dogs, and they still didn’t understand, our dog wasn’t swimming with his handler just watching from the deck, which he is allowed to do. I politely let them know they should read up on the regulations and rules about service dogs. It lead to a good conversation, and we were allowed to return to the pool deck with our dog. All in all the service was good, but the hotel room it self was very out dated, stained carpets.

We stayed for the parking while we were on our trip for 3 weeks, unfortunately on our return to pick up our truck the back tonneau cover was sliced open. We would suggest that if we have to stay two nights to cover the cost of parking the hotel should have security to protect our vehicle.

Amazing staff

I only stayed for one night, it was a nice single-day vacation. The website listed "hot breakfast available" but the hotel doesn't provide it. I was informed that the attached pub serves the breakfast but there was no information on their website.

Good pub and restaurant site. Pool is decent. Close to the mall.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was ok. A bit dirty on the floors. Very loud through the night. Sounded like continuous water flowing and cars outside were very loud. But overall we were pleased.

Place is nice, the luggage trolley is crap and hard to use. We had some hair in our sink but the rest of the room seems clean

The location is very convinient to downtown and near by places like shopping complexes, plaza's , restaurants and more. Room was very neat and clean like new. Only, thing is room doesn't have microwave to heat any food. Rest is excellent.

We had an issue with car break in but the management did address our concerns and we appreciated that. My suggestion would be to park in front to ensure no issues but their security has stepped up since then.

Our stay was less than average. The pull out couch was broken so wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. We were there for 5 nights. We had 3 adults, a 12 year old and a toddler. The room had a loft with a queen bed( which was lovely) and a queen bed and a couch pullout in the main area. I was surprised to find out that there was no microwave in the room. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nice pool. The attached restaurant was closed for breakfast while we were there which was annoying since the hotel website said there was a restaurant onsite.One evening when we returned the entrance to our section of the hotel was blocked by a group of people who had the door propped open with a towel and were smoking who knows what. Their belongings were strewn everywhere around the sidewalk and inside the doors. Our children had to walk past them with them carrying on. Would not stay there again.
