The staff were all amazing. Excellent housekeeping and room service. The restaurant was delicious, affordable, with huge portion and good variety. vine bottle in the mini fridge at low cost & big format of shampoo/body wash/conditioner in the shower was a plus

Only complaint is the vent hood and fan for the kitchen is so loud it hums through the floors on the West side of the building, it kept my partner up until we got ear plugs the following night.
Staff are fantastic, hotel is clean and spacious, great character. Price for value is really good here, in the summer they have a roof top patio that has great views. At the moment there is some construction and renovations going on but we hardly noticed... Hopefully they have plans to renovate or remove that kitchen Vent!

The bathtub wasn’t draining properly and the neighbors were loud and screaming early in the morning. Other than that the suite was amazing and the hotel had a good breakfast which was purchased separately.
