Check in and out was easy. Staff friendly yet professional. Restaurant in the hotel opens late and the food is delicious. My only complaint is no microwave in the room. I would definitely stay there again

Unfortunately, our stay at this location was not up to expectations. Both our room and the second room booked by another family traveling with us had issues with ants and other insects, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Additional concerns included:
A wait time of at least 45 minutes for hot water
A broken coffee maker
Limited space in the fridge
Uncomfortable beds
We had hoped for a more pleasant and hassle-free experience, but several basic amenities fell short

It took twenty minutes to check in. My room was paid in advance and I don’t carry a credit card. They asked for a security deposit and I provided $250 in cash. They responded like I had just arrived from Mars. It took twenty minutes for them to figure out how to accept cash.
When I got to the room and opened the door I noticed a strong musty smell. I expect this from a motel, not the Sheraton.
I was awakened at 7am by a cleaning staff member talking loudly in the hallway. After half an hour of this I opened the door and said, “Can people please talk more quietly?” (She was talking on her phone.) I got a one-word answer, a simple “yes.” Please teach your staff to raise their standards of courtesy.
The carpets in the hallway are worn and need replaced. If the hotel decides not to replace them, they need to lower their prices.
